For some time now now, mostly the past year I've had sever sleep problems. Each evening I would try to sleep but sleep would not come due to restless leg syndrome. I researched as much as I could, tried many different supplements and even asked my primary care physician for help. Nothing worked. I am a very active athletic 50 year old woman who faces some rather serious health issues. Firstly, I have a white matter brain disease, an undiagnosed leukoencephalopathy, which is fatiguing and leads to neurological and physical exhaustion if my symptoms and energy aren't managed. Over the last twelve months I have had an increasing problem with arthritis in both my elbow joints. This has been getting more noticable over the last month or so.

Heating Cream

I have been using the Heating Cream for Joint & Muscle Discomfort for several months intermittently. I like the formula in OTC because it stays warm on location much longer than any product I have tried. I like the quick muscle response I receive from this product that allows my body to move about with less to no pain. I would recommend this product to anyone who suffers from muscle and joint pain and discomfort.

There are dentists and then there are healers. I have always had incredible anxiety about going to the dentist because of a few experiences with them when I was young. At this point in my life I need some pretty extensive work done and most importantly to have the mercury removed.
